At Intlbilliards.com,
we want you to be happy with your purchase. We realize
that when shopping on the internet the product you
purchase may not be what you expect. We accept returns
on all of our products within 30 days of the date
you receive it. Just simply contact our returns department
at info@Intlbilliards.com and
they will issue an RMA number to you for your return
or exchange. All you are responsible for is the shipping
cost to return the product to us.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been
opened or used.
Do not destroy or discard shipping box or packing
material until you are certain your merchandise is
correct and undamaged.
Although International Billiards packs each order
securely and carefully, we cannot guarantee that the
carrier will be as conscientious. Occasionally, merchandise
is damaged during transport. Please inspect all boxes
carefully before signing for them. If you sign for
a package as received in good condition, the freight
company will not accept responsibility. If your shipment
arrives and appears damaged, most carriers will allow
you to sign as “box damaged, subject to inspection”.
Often times, the box may be damaged, but the product
is fine.
Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours, excluding
Sunday. Please call us immediately as well as take
and email pictures of damage to sales@intlbilliards.com.
Because hidden damage is so rare, it will be resolved
on a case by case basis.
All information received by Intlbilliards.com will
be kept confidential and secure. Online credit card
processing is done through Paypal ordering systems.
Your information will never be shared with anyone
outside of the Intlbilliards.com company, and your
information will never be or used for purposes other
than processing orders.
We charge shipping and handling by weight of the
products and the distance that they will be traveling
in the United States. We ship using USPS and UPS.
The shipping cost will be added to your order total
in the secure shopping cart.
Orders take around 3-5 business days for delivery.
They may take up to 12 business days for delivery.
This is the case regardless of which shipping method
you have chosen. Some orders can be further delayed
because some products come from an outside source
i.e. out of town, out of state, or out of the country!

International Billiards reserves the right to cancel
orders in instances where price, availability, freight
rate, or other situations which are out of our control
cause loss of profit. Every reasonable effort will
be made to satisfy each customer before an order is
cancelled. International Billiards will refund full
amount tendered at the time of cancellation. No other
